AUTHOR'S BIO :

I, Prahlad narayan mathur, retired as Deputy Manager from The Oriental Insurance company is writer of social reform Hindi Poetry book SAFAR RISTEON KA 'सफर रिश्तों का'. It is my hobby to write on social issues but due to my service commitment, I could not spare myself to publish books hence after retirement I become active and I wrote and published my first hindi poetry book 'सफर रिश्तों का' (SAFAR RISTEON KA) which is available in all over the world online through Notion Press Chennai (India), amazon, Kobo and Google play etc. I am proud of to be the resident of Ajmer (India) which is the holy place of Hindu and Muslims both. It is my motto and aim to keep on the torch on social evils and try to give message to the youngsters to rebuild the due respects to parents relatives and to society.

QUESTIONNAIRE :

1) When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer ?

ANS: It was my hobby to write articles since my college time.  Some of my articles were published in office magazines, but I first realize to be a writer after my retirement from services of Oriental Insurance Co. as Deputy Manager.

2) How long does it take you to write a book ?

ANS: My first poetry book took about three months to complete.

3) What is your work schedule when you are writing?

ANS: When some plotting comes in mind, I note down it and usually I write in late night.

4) What would you say is your interesting writing quirk?

ANS: I like to write on social issues in view of our Indian society.

5) Where do you get your information or ideas for your books?

ANS: It automatically came in mind to write to help to rebuild the intimate relationship with old parents.

6) What do you like to do when you're not writing?

ANS: I sometimes use to play with flute.

7) Tell us something about your novel/book?

ANS: The heart rendering and touching description of decline in the relationship between parents and children in today's environment of our society. Some poems are emotional description of the sadness of old parents.

In fact it is an autobiography of a common man of a society. It may help in imparting social values ​​and rebuilt the intimate relationship between parents and children.

Some poetries are on general subject but touching the society and life of a common man.

8) What one of the most surprising thing you learned in creating your books ?

ANS: I learned that people love  and prefer money than their social relations. To earn more and more money they goes to  abroad or other places  leaving their parents alone and gradually they forget them and also forget to fulfill their social responsibility towards their parents and family members  .

SOME OF HIS POEMS: 

    (1)

गरीब का कफन

कफन के नए कपड़ों में खुद को लिपटे देख,

मुर्दा गरीब भी घबरा गया,
रोने लगा मुझे तो कोई फटा पुराना कपड़ा ही ओढ़ा दो ||

इन नए कपड़ों में मुझे घिन्न आती है,

लोग देखकर सोचेंगे आखिर ये गरीब,

चोर ही निकला नए कपड़े पहन दुनियाँ छोड़ रहा है || 

जिंदगी भर हमेशा फटे कपड़े ही पहने,

आज नए कपड़ों का कफन क्यों पहना रहे हो, 
सेठ जी तो हमेशा फटे पुराने कपड़े ही पहनने को देते थे ||

                          

जब कभी ख़ुशी के मौके पर,

सेठ जी से नए कपड़े मांगे कभी नहीं दिए,

तुझे क्या जरूरत है कह कर उतरन ही पहनने को दिए ||

सेठ जी पहले नया कफन आप पहन लो,

फिर ये उतरन में मुझे दे देना,

में ख़ुशी ख़ुशी पहन इस दुनिया से चला जाऊंगा ||

जिंदगी भर लोगो के में हाथ जोड़ता रहा,

आज क्यों लोग मुझे हाथ जोड़ रहे हैं,

हाथ जोड़ने का दस्तूर तो में ही निभाउंगा ||

सेठ जी नाराज ना होना,

जिंदगी भर आपकी उतरन पहनी है,

आज भी आपकी उतरन ही पहन कर जाऊंगा ||

इंसानियत शर्मसार हो गयी

माँ की आँखों में आंसुओं का समुन्द्र देख वहां खड़े लोग भी रो पड़े,

कभी नहीं सोची वह हद पार हो गयी, आज सारे रिश्ते दागदार हो गए ||

इक दिन बच्चों के पिता का देहांत हो गया, बस बेटों का इन्तजार हो रहा था,

विदेश कमाने गए बच्चे वहीं के होकर रह गए,पैसो के सामने माँ-बाप गौण हो गए ||

माँ ने फोन लगाया तुम्हारी याद में पिता ने तड़प तड़प कर दम तोड़ दिया,

बेटा कब तक पहुंचोगे तुम दोनों भाई, पिता की चिता को तुम्हें ही अग्नि देनी है ||

माँ के कांपते हाथों से फोन छूट गया बड़े लड़के का जवाब सुनकर,

माँ छोटा आ रहा है, बस थोड़ी देर में फ्लाइट रवाना हो रही है ||

माँ भौचक्की रह गयी अगला प्रश्न उसके जीवन का आखिरी प्रश्न था,

बेटा तुमको भी आना है, तुम बड़े बेटे हो पिता को मुखाग्नि तुम्हे ही देनी है  ||

बेटे का जवाब माँ का कलेजा चीर गया जब माँ ने अपने बेटे का जवाब सुना, 

बोला माँ छोटा अभी आ रहा हैं, मैं तुम्हारे समय आ जाऊंगा चिता को अग्नि देने  ||

माँ सदमा सहन नहीं कर सकी, बेहोश हो गयी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया,

चंद  सांसे बाकी थी पुरी होते ही माँ दुनिया छोड़ कर चली गयी ||

बच्चों को फिर इत्तला दी उनका जवाब सुनकर वहां खड़े सभी लोग शर्मसार हो गए,

बेटा बोला छोटा रवाना हो चुका है चलो वहीं दोनों की चिता को अग्नि दे देगा ||

पैसो के पीछे भागते बच्चों का माँ बाप के प्रति ऐसा व्यवहार देख मन कुंठित हो उठा,

माँ बाप ने तो अच्छी परवरिश की मगर आज इंसानियत शर्मसार हो गयी ||

जीवन झोंक दिया माँ बाप ने बच्चों के सुख के खातिर, मगर बच्चों ने उन्हें कोई सुख नहीं दिया,

पिता की चिता को अग्नि देने बड़ा बेटा नहीं आ रहा यह सुन सदमे से माँ भी चली गयी ||      

नजर ना लग जाए बच्चों को इसलिए बचपन में माँ रोज उनके काला टीका लगाती थी,

नजर उतारने के लिए झाड़ा भी लगवाती थी, बच्चों की नजर उतर कर माँ बाप को लग गयी ||

पिता को श्रदांजलि

आंसुओ का सैलाब तूफान बन कर उतरा होगा आँखों में,
जब खुद पिता ने देखी होगी अपनी जान निकलते हुए अपने तन से ||

बेबस और असहाय होकर बहुत तड़पे होंगे वो,
जब डाक्टर की जुबान से निकला आखिरी शब्द सॉरी सुना होगा खुद अपने कान से ||

बेबस लाचार बेहाल होकर बेसुध हो गयी होगी माँ भी ,
जब उन्होंने भी डॉक्टर के आखिरी शब्द सॉरी  सुने होंगे अपने कान से ||

क्या उम्र हैं अभी हमारी जो छीन रहे सुहाग मेरा,

कहा होगा माँ ने कैसे जी पाऊँगी बिना इनके, मुझे भी ले चलो साथ इनके ||

रोते बिलखते बच्चों को कभी खुद से तो कभी माँ से लिपटते देख,
पिता का कलेजा मुंह पर आ गया होगा जब निकलने को होगी जान तन से ||

बच्चों को गले लगा बार बार बेसुध विलाप करती माँ को कैसे देख पाए होंगे,
घोर कष्ट पाया होगा पिता की आत्मा ने शरीर छोड़ने से पहले ||

कहना चाहा होगा माँ से नहीं निभा पाया सात जन्म वाला वादा तुमसे,
मगर शब्द ही जम गए होंगे गले में उनके कंपकंपाते हुए होठों पर आने से पहले ||

रोते बिलखते दादा दादी से देखा ना गया होगा  बेटे को दम तोड़ते हुए ,
बेसुध हो गए होंगे देख कर जिगर के टुकड़े को मौत के आगोश में जाते हुए ||

डॉक्टरों को नाकाम होते देख चाचा भुआ का रो कर बुरा हाल हुआ होगा,
कैसे देख पाए होंगे वो सब क्षण प्रति क्षण अपने भाई को मौत के मुंह में समाते हुए ||
 

एक एक पल की कीमत क्या होती है ये सब लोग जान गए होंगे उस दिन,
जब सबने देखा होगा पिता को धीरे धीरे मौत के मुंह में जाते हुए ||

रो पड़े होंगे यमराज भी देख रोते बिलखते परिजनों को और कहा होगा,
माफ करना इनकी ज्यादा जरुरत आ पड़ी है, मजबूर हूँ इन्हे ले जाने को ||

कांपते हांथो से अर्थी सजाई होगी लोगो ने, नम आँखों से कंधा भी दिया होगा,
हाहाकार मच गया होगा अर्थी पर लेटे पिता जब चल पड़े होंगे अपने अंतिम सफर को ||

रोते बिलखते बच्चों ने अपने कांपते हाथों से दी होगी मुखाग्नि अपने पिता को,
सोच रहे होंगे क्या जवाब देंगे जब माँ पूछेगी कहां छोड़ आये अपने पिता को ||

हैं भगवान अब मत उजाड़ना इस तरह किसी का सिंदूर जवानी में, 

ना ही किसी के सिर से पिता का साया, कंही विश्वास उठ ना जाए आप पर से हमेशा को  ||
