AUTHOR'S INTERVIEW: STAY WITH ME BY NITIN KALAL

Questionnaire :


1) When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer?
Ans.- I was in 8th class when I wrote my first poetry. At that time I was probably unaware of the literary world, as we all know writing is different thing and published your stuff is tuff task. I used to write or write even today only because I love to write. The only difference between then and now is, now my writing has been published. My last novel “Stay with me” was published in January 2018.

2) How long does it take you to write a book?
Ans.- It took 6 to 8 months to write a book.

3) What is your work schedule when you are writing?
Ans.- I do not have any fix schedule for writing, I only write when I get better ideas to write. And it was very difficult for me to do any work in a fix schedule, as I am very lazy.

4) What would you say is your interesting writing quirk?
Ans.- I do not want to restricted myself in any fix genre. I wanted to write for different things and for different aspects. There are many stories around us. Some Love stories, some social, some inspirational, some relate to good things and some is about bad, I want to obsess them and write on them.


5) Where do you get your information or ideas for your books?
Ans.- We are living in a society where there are many stories around us. We do not need to get any idea from outside. I observe the things, live the circumstances and write on them.

6) What do you like to do when you're not writing ?
Ans.- I am working for a Destitute home.

7) Tell us something about your novel/book?
Ans.- “Stay With Me” is about the purity of love. We always define love as a lust, but love always relate to emotions, not to physical needs.

8) What one of the most surprising thing you learned in creating your books?
Ans.- It might have seemed strange to say, but I lived those character during writing my novel and the beauty of love I probably learned from my own book.
