★जन्म -०४ अक्टूबर १९५६ कलकत्ता
★निवास- जयपुर राजस्थान
★शिक्षा- दसवीं
★पद - गृहिणी

साठ साल का लंबा जीवन मैंने परिवार और उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी में ही बिताया है  । साहित्य की कोई बहुत जानकारी नहीं । हाँ पढ़ने का शौक़ था पर वो माँग कर या कभी कभी ख़रीद कर पुस्तकें पढ़ीं । बाक़ी कशीदाकारी, पेंटिंग, क्रोशिया बुनाई और बेटे, पोतों की देखभाल में गुज़रा है जीवन ।
तीन साल पहले ईश्वर की कृपा कहें या वक़्त ने ऐसी करवट ली कि मेरे हाथों में कलम आ गई ।
मैं आम महिला से कब रचनाकार बनी पता ही नहीं चला । फ़ेसबुक के इक ग्रुप ने मेरा हौसला बढ़ाया मेरी ख़ामियों को दिशा दी और अब मैंने २०० से ज्यादा कविता लिख ली हैं ।
ज़िन्दगी जीने के लिये है ,हर परिस्थिति में सम रहना मूल मन्त्र ....
क़ुदरत और बच्चे मेरी कमज़ोरी भी है और ताक़त भी ....
आशा हैं मेरे भाव और विचार लोगों को पसन्द आये और मैं अपने को बेहतर करने के लिये प्रेरित होती रहूँ ।

1. What literary pilgrimages have you gone on ?
Released my first book of 108 poems ,waiting for reviews...


2. What is the most unethical practice in the publishing industry ?

They want to earn money without really sharing it with the authors,
Whose hard work makes their living .


3. Where do you get your ideas ?
I am 63 so mostly experience.


4. Does writing energize or exhaust you ?
It’s as comforting as breathing..


5. Have you ever gotten reader’s block ?
I don’t know what’s that


6. Do you try more to be original or to deliver to readers what they want ?
I am always original ,no I don’t write on demand


7.What’s your favorite under-appreciated novel ?
GITA


8. What does literary success look like to you ?
IF it can satisfy the reader ....


9. Do you view writing as a kind of spiritual practice ?
Indeed ,my writing is an spiritual journey,
It revived me totally

Questionnaire:        1) when did you first realize you wanted to be a writer ? My journey with the time, with the stories and with the poetries started in childhood. When, I was introduced to the world of imaginations, to the books by my father. In every story, I could find myself; I can sense an immense pleasure and started converting my emotions and happiness into writing.
